October 19, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am Participants will gain a clear understanding of: - The removal of broker-to-broker compensation and what it means in practice - How compensation is now structured through buyer agreements, seller concessions, and separate compensation agreements - How to properly complete and explain updated SCR forms to clients - Best practices for discussing compensation and net proceeds with buyers and sellers - Common risk management issues and how to avoid compliance pitfalls This course is designed to provide practical, real-world guidance you can immediately apply in your transactions. While the class is approved for one hour of CE credit, additional time is included to allow for deeper discussion, examples, and questions to ensure a full understanding of these important changes. Whether you are a new agent or an experienced broker, this training will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to stay compliant, reduce risk, and better serve your clients under the updated SCR forms framework.
